The detachable electric welded safe house is made from flame-retardant fiberglass fabric treated with a specialized process. Supplemented with flame-retardant Velcro, fireproof zippers, and other accessories, it creates a clean, safe, spark-free environment for welding and other hot work operations.

Primarily used in offshore oil platform operations, the safe house helps reduce costly platform shutdowns while maintaining high safety standards.

Automatic Shutdown System

Our safe house features an automated safety system, replacing human intervention to ensure maximum protection:

• Automatically turns off all electrical appliances and air tools if any of the following occur:

  • Gas detection (H2S LEL)

  • Overpressure loss

  • Emergency isolation stop

  • Equipment failure

• Lyell detector: set at 10% of the lower explosive limit

• H2S detector: set at 10 parts per million

1. Isolate areas for hot work without shutting down the drilling platform

2. Enable clean, safe, and non-hazardous operations

3. Avoid costly temporary shutdowns
