Product Description
The detachable electric welded safe house is made of flame-retardant fiberglass fabric treated with a special process, supplemented by flame retardant Velcro, fireproof zipper, and other accessories. The heating work such as electric welding can be isolated in a clean, safe, and spark-free environment. It is mainly used for offshore oil platform operations to reduce the cost of closing the operating platform.

Automatic shutdown system
1. Human factors are replaced by automated systems
2. Turn off all electrical appliances and air tools if one of the following occurs:
– Gas detection (H2S LEL)
– Overpressure loss
– Emergency isolation stop
– Equipment failure
3. The Lyell detector is set at 10% of the lower explosive limit
4. The H2S detector is set at 10 parts per million.

Purpose:
1. Isolate an area without shutting down the drilling platform, allowing hot work to be implemented in a clean, safe, and non-hazardous manner;
2. There is no need for costly temporary shutdowns.

Specification of Welding Safe House:
1. Standard panel size 1m x 1m or 2m x 1m
2. The panel is constructed from a lightweight fire-resistant glass fiber base material
3. Industrial zipper fasteners (tighten the inside and outside)
4. The velcro seal is attached to each panel
5. Detachable sleeve type penetrating panel; 2m x 1m emergency split and running panel
6. Provide additional penetration panels on request
7. The pressure gauge shows a positive pressure reading of 20-60 Pascals
8. Zone 1 explosion-proof electric drum blowing, filling the entire safe house, maintaining positive pressure and sufficient air volume
9. Door air sealing system; reduce air loss every time you enter and exit the door
10. Provide additional panels for each isolation room
11. Provide repair tools for minor tears and abrasions
